This pre-war Karat takes 12 36x24mm exposures on 35mm film in "Karat-cassettes" which led to the post- war "Rapid Cassettes". This heafty, aluminum bodied, compact 35mm folding camera has small retractable bellows not unlike the Kodak Retina, self timer, and split-field rangefinder.
