Kodak
Brownie Bull's Eye
Manufactured: 1954-60
Lens: Twindar
Shutter: Rotary, single speed
Film: 620
Negative size: 6x9cm
This is a large Bakelite camera with a
focusing Twindar lens and a single speed
shutter. When an exposure has been made a
lightning bolt warning symbol appears in the
viewfinder. The camera is fitted with "pin
and screw" flash contacts and a tripod
socket. This camera was owned by my
Grandfather who claimed that it took the best
pictures of any camera he owned. It has a
flash assembly, Which is cracked, and the
whole camera needs some serious cleaning. I
plan on scrubbing it up and trying it
soon.
